Associate Pastor

The Evangelical Free Church of Oroville is a Christ-centered, Bible-believing, evangelical church dedicated to glorifying God through faithful preaching, discipleship, and community outreach. We are a growing congregation committed to equipping believers and sharing the gospel with our community and beyond.

We are seeking an energetic and outgoing Associate Pastor to join our ministry team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving the local church, strong administrative skills, and a gift for connecting with people of all ages and stages of life. This role focuses on overseeing discipleship initiatives, welcoming and integrating new members, and leading ministries for young families, children, youth, and
young adults. Additionally, the Associate Pastor will spearhead evangelism and outreach efforts to extend the gospel into our community.
